Privacy Policy
Effective September 26, 2026.
This policy explains what information Page District collects, where it comes from, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email, phone number, business details, inquiry details and project content, along with payment status, technical logs and basic website usage information.
Business information from public sources
To find local businesses that may benefit from a new website, we collect publicly available business information, such as business name, trade, city, public phone number, public business email, website address and public ratings, from maps, business directories and business websites. We use it to prepare a free concept demo and to contact the business about our services.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare demos and proposals, deliver contracted services, send business communications, process and verify payments, maintain security, and improve our services.
Service providers
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting and infrastructure (Cloudflare), email delivery (Resend), payment processing (Square), and AI services that help research businesses and review website quality (such as xAI, Google and OpenAI), and when required by law. These providers may process information on our behalf under their own terms.
Emails and calls
Every marketing email we send includes our mailing address and an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly. If you do not want to be called, tell us on the call or email us, and we will add your number to our do-not-call list.
Cookies
Our website uses a sign-in cookie for the Page District client and team areas. We do not use advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's IP address.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal and security purposes, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or removal of a concept demo made for your business, by emailing support@pagedistrict.com.
