Terms of Service
Effective September 26, 2026.
These terms govern use of Page District websites and services. A signed proposal, order, or service agreement may contain additional terms; if there is a conflict, the signed agreement controls.
Services and packages
Page District designs and builds websites for local service businesses. Each project is sold as one of the packages below, as described in the proposal or checkout for that project.

New pages, features, integrations, or work outside the agreed scope may require separate pricing, which we will quote before starting that work.
Free concept demos
We may prepare a free concept website ("demo") for your business before you buy. A demo is a no-obligation preview. It is built from publicly available information and may contain inaccuracies until you review it. Page District owns the demo unless and until you purchase a package, and we will remove it on request.
Payments
Payment is due in full at checkout and is processed by Square; Page District does not store card details. Final deliverables may be withheld until payment is received and verified.
Revisions
A revision round is one consolidated batch of edits submitted at one time. Each package includes the number of revision rounds shown above. Additional revision rounds are available in bundles of 5 for $49.99.
Refunds
Except where required by law, all payments are final and non-refundable. Because you can review a working concept of your site before paying, please raise any concerns before checkout.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful content they have the right to use, timely approvals, and any third-party access reasonably needed to complete the work.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients receive the rights described in their agreement to the final custom deliverables. Page District retains rights to its reusable tools, systems, processes, and pre-existing materials.
Disclaimers and liability
We do not guarantee specific rankings, revenue, traffic, leads, or business results. Third-party services (hosting, domains, payment and email providers) may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, Page District's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the project the claim relates to.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
