Terms of Service

Effective September 10, 2026.

These terms govern use of Page District websites and services. A signed proposal, order, or service agreement may contain additional terms; if there is a conflict, the signed agreement controls.

Services

Page District provides website design, development, optimization, hosting, maintenance, and related digital services as described in the applicable proposal or order.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful content, timely approvals, and any third-party credentials reasonably needed to complete work.

Payments

Fees, deposits, recurring charges, and payment timing are stated in the applicable proposal or checkout. Final deliverables may be withheld until required payment is received and verified.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients receive the rights described in their agreement to final custom deliverables. Page District retains rights to its reusable tools, systems, processes, and pre-existing materials.
